Bosnia-Herzegovina - 2014 FIFA World Cup Betting Odds to Win

Bosnia-Herzegovina could not have been happy to be drawn into a group with Argentina, but they have a great chance to make it out facing the likes of Iran and Nigeria. They won their European qualifying group, ahead of Greece on goal differential, and they have a couple of great strikers in Edin Dzeko and Vedad Ibisevic.
The offense is the strength of the squad and while the midfield is also solid the same cannot be said and the defense.
Bosnia-Herzegovina is making their very first World Cup appearance and they have the second best betting odds to make it out of Group F.

How They Advanced:
Bosnia-Herzegovina came in first in European qualifying Group G with 25 points and won the group having a better goal differential than Greece. The Greeks were the only real threat to them and they beat them at home 3-1 and played to a 0-0 draw in Athens.
The defense is the weakness of the Bosnia-Herzegovina squad, but in winning their last three qualifying matches they only gave up two goals. They only had one loss in group play and that was on the road against Slovakia.
Early Prediction:
Bosnia-Herzegovina is much better than Iran, not nearly as good as Argentina, and pretty even with Nigeria. Their fate will come down how they play against the Nigerians in their second match, as they will lose to Argentina and easily beat Iran. Nigeria has a top-notch midfield, which will give the Balkan squad problems. However, their offense will push them through in what should be a very entertaining match.
In the round of 16 Bosnia-Herzegovina will lose to France, who will win Group E.
